(hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') processes personal information legally and manages it safely in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations. In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company establishes and discloses the Privacy Policy as follows to guide information subjects on the procedures and standards for processing personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle grievances related thereto.

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes, and the personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Membership registration and login management of Kidstopia service (hereinafter referred to as 'Service')

   Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the intention to join the membership, maintaining membership and managing login, confirming the consent of the legal representative when processing personal information of children under the age of 14, preventing unauthorized use of the service, and providing various notices and notifications.

2. Provision of Ai service

   We process personal information for the purpose of providing smooth voice conversation services between users and machines.

Article 2 (Period of processing and retention of personal information)

1. The Company shall process and retain personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information specified in laws and regulations or agreed upon when collecting personal information from users.
2. The processing and retention period of each personal information is as follows.
   • Member registration and login management: Upon membership withdrawal

However, in the case of any of the following reasons, until the end of such reasons

1. In the case of an ongoing investigation or investigation in violation of relevant laws and regulations, until the end of the investigation or investigation.
2. With the consent of the legal representative, 1 year from the date of consent
