The role

We are hiring an engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to get a high degree of trust, autonomy and ownership with a fast-growing US company.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as of software engineer, with experience being responsible for high-reliability, mission-critical systems
• A high degree of attention to detail and careful testing practices — people around you marvel at your ability to identify non-obvious edge cases
• We’re not too picky on exact technologies, but at a minimum some experience with Javascript/Typescript is needed to do well in the role
• Passion for both your craft (building things right) and achieving real-world impact (building the right things)

Extra credit

• Experience with AWS, particularly AWS Lambda, Step Functions, RDS/Aurora and S3
• Experience with Postgres
• Experience building React frontends, particularly with Next.js
