The first step on this journey is building an infrastructure layer for rapid user research on top of platforms such as Zoom and Google Meets. This will streamline user research—managing everything from setting up calls, to providing the perfect user interview templates, recording and transcribing sessions, and enabling teams to discover & share insights faster.

Over the last decade, the bar for user experience and speed of product development has increased considerably. Product-led isn’t just a buzzword anymore.
The required understanding of your product's users can't be achieved through just product analytics or support tickets. Moreover, knowing the 'why' deeply behind product decisions ensures that design and engineering teams don't end up wasting their resources.
The above has led to significant investment by product teams to understand their users by performing extensive user research. But traditional research cycles can go on for weeks. They are important but don't fit well with modern product development which is faster and more collaborative. That's where we come in!
The product takes the unique approach of building a User Research solution that even non-experienced researchers can use —User Researchers, PMs, and Designers who don't have the time or know-how to conduct research effectively on their own—the way that Canva helped non-designers create beautiful designs. We've been working with our early customers over the past few months who have found value in streamlining their interview workflow using Looppanel. We are now also gearing up for our next stage of growth. But this is just the tip of the iceberg and we need more minds at work to build the future of product research!
