Ingredients: (4 people)

Tindorra - 500g chopped

1 cup cilantro leaves

1/2 cup mint leaves

1/2 cup moringa leaves

1-2 green chilies

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup roasted peanuts

Salt to taste

Desiccated coconut for garnahing

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add the sliced tindorra and cook until they are soft.

  3. Meanwhile mix all the other ingredients in a blender with some water and pulse into a purée.

  4. Add the purée and cook for a few mins

  5. Add salt as needed

  6. Garnish with some desiccated coconut.

  7. Enjoy!
