These Terms can be published in different languages for localization purposes. Still, in case of any discrepancies between the English version and version in language other than English, the English version shall always prevail.
We provide front-end integration into a decentralised autonomous protocol(s) (the “Platform”). We are one of, but not the exclusive developer of the protocols used by the Platform. When using the Platform you can act in one of the following roles:
Someone who registers and creates a personal profile on the Platform.
Someone who registers, creates a personal profile, connects their non-custodial wallet and then launches their talent token.
Someone who registers, creates a personal profile, connects their wallet and then buys someone else's talent token.
Someone who registers, creates a personal profile, creates a profile for their organisation (legal person), and has access to the platform to engage with the other users through the organisation that they are representing.
The protocols, as well as the exact functions in the protocols, applicable fees and other relevant services that may be accessed with the help of the Platform are described in the User Guides. We do our best to update the User Guides to best represent the current operation of the Platform. In the case of disparity between the User Guides shall not prevail over the fees, functions or other relevant information displayed directly to you on the Platform.
