1. Introduction

This is a description of how your personal data is collected, used and deleted while you visit and use the front-end integration to a decentralised autonomous protocol(s) (“Platform”).

Please be aware that we do not provide any services to users or deliver, hold, and/or receive payment for digital assets.

By using the Platform and interface you agree to data collection, use, and disclosure practices, as well as any other activities described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue the use of the software and refrain from accessing the Platform.

Talent Protocol is a fully decentralised, autonomous, community governed protocol that operates independently of us. We are one of, but not the exclusive developer of the protocols used by the Platform.

The Talent Protocol ecosystem is open source. The community members act independently of us. We assume no liability for actions of entities not associated with us.

You retain control over your Digital Assets at all times. We have no access to your private keys, and you are alone responsible for ensuring access to your assets. We are not an intermediary, agent, advisor, or custodian in relation to any transaction made via any protocol. We are under no obligation to fulfil any order, authorisation issued in relation to any blockchain transaction. Excluding the information collected in accordance with this Policy, we do not hold any information of any users, users’ identities, or services beyond what is available or obtainable publicly via the blockchain.

  1. How we receive the personal information?

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you in order to use the information society service. The data you provide to us is mainly required to provide the software to you and to communicate with you if necessary. To create an account you need to select also the username and password. On the Platform you may act as User, Talent, Supporter or Partner (you as business representative) and the data you provide to the Platform under your account depends on the role choosed. Each person can hold only one account. Please read the detailed description of the roles on our Terms & Conditions.

In addition, we may also collect your personal data indirectly. When visiting the Platform interface, we and our service providers, may collect certain data using tracking technologies like cookies, web beacons and similar technologies. Use of web cookies are described on the Cookies section of this Policy.

Indirectly collected data may fall under the terms of third-party privacy policies while they act as an independent data controllers. Please read those separately.

Any data you provide will not be publicly displayed or shared to others unless made public by you or be by default public as Platform setup. Our contributors and business partners have access to personal data only to the extent necessary for the performance of their work duties.

Public authorities may request us to provide information that we process to provide the Platform interface. If such request is legally binding, we may disclose requested data to authorities.

Notwithstanding the above, we may share information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) except as prohibited by applicable law.

We also use third party processors to help us provide Platform.
