Three-Day Culture Onboarding Program

In late 2023, I redesigned an average onboarding program called “Bootcamp” into a three-day immersive, interactive, instructor-led event that focused on building trust, improving communication, & creating a community through purposeful connection & play.

I created a page for the intranet to share details by quarter so that new hires and their managers know what is upcoming. It’s an open resource on our intranet, so anyone can click in and see the schedule/agenda for this program anytime. I mocked up the page below and then created an asset sheet for the person who manages the intranet.

Community Introduction Board

From the initial announcement of Own Academy Live, I wanted to start building a community & a safe space for people to bring their authentic selves to the event, so I created a board for our cohort to introduce themselves.
