We are constantly conducting focused studies on different parts of the product. Most are connected with active product development efforts and will directly impact planned product improvements or new features. You can sign up for as many as you like.
We look at the feedback you give us via sales calls, the feedback form above, feedback in the product, through support, and by monitoring social media posts.
In addition, we also do user research with our users and customers to proactively identify problems and help our product and UX design teams come up with the best solutions
What is user research?
User research is a structured process for understanding how people interact with a product, with the goal of solving real problems before building features. Unlike general feedback—such as support tickets, feature requests, or bug reports—user research is proactive. It seeks to uncover the underlying reasons behind user behaviors, workflows, and challenges.
