Information you provide directly:

• Account information — Your name, email address, and username when you create an account.
• Profile photo — An optional picture you upload to personalize your profile.
• Phone number — Optional. Provided only if you choose to enable contact-based friend discovery.
• Calendar events — If you enable Apple Calendar or Google Calendar sync, we import event titles, start/end times, locations, and notes to display on your in-app schedule.
• Events you create manually — Titles, dates, times, locations, and notes for events you add directly in the App.
• Social activity — Friend requests you send or receive, event invitations, and meet-up proposals.

Information collected automatically:

• Push notification token — A device token used solely to deliver notifications about friend activity and scheduling.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your schedule and compare availability with friends
• Sync events from Apple Calendar or Google Calendar (only when you enable this)
• Match your phone contacts who also use Overlap (only when you enable this)
