The following Terms and Conditions, hereinafter, "T&C" will be applied for the navigation and use of USERS on the SUSPENDED SOUL platform and regulate the legal relationship with the services offered therein.
ACCEPTANCE OF T&CAll the legal content expressed in these T&C and its future modifications are binding for anyone who browses and/or uses the site. Therefore, the use and navigation implies the knowledge and acceptance of what is expressed in these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE T&C, YOU MUST STOP YOUR BROWSING, WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH THE SITE.
Failure to comply with these T&Cs may result in, without limitation:
Suspended Soul retains the discretion to eliminate, suspend or revoke USERS' access to the processes and operations of Suspended Soul.
This site should be visited regularly in order to know the changes that occur, however, we will notify the changes on the site to the USERS.
I: LEGAL AGE & CAPACITY
It is necessary to be 18 and have the legal capacity to accept the T&C in the place where the USER lives. If you do not have 18 years of age, the use of the site is prohibited. By reading or accessing the system, each party accepts these determinations and application standards of these T&C.

The price and liquidity of blockchain assets, including SOULYs, are extremely volatile and can be subject to large fluctuations; the fluctuations in the price of other digital assets could materially and adversely affect SOULYs, which may also be subject to significant price volatility; legislative and regulatory changes or actions at the state, federal or international level may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange and value of SOULYs.
The USERS agree and understand that they are accessing and using Suspended Soul at your own risk; however, this brief statement does not disclose all the risks associated with SUSPENDED SOUL and other digital assets. The USERS agree and understand that SUSPENDED SOUL will not be responsible for communication failures, interruptions, errors, distortions or delays that they may experience when using SUSPENDED SOUL, regardless of the cause.
The USERS recognize the risk of "smart contracts" and accept that they are bound by the result of any operation with the intervention of "smart contracts" when invoking, calling, requesting or otherwise committing to the operation of the "smart contract" , whether or not the "smart contract" behaves as the USER expects.
USERS acknowledge and agree that the aforementioned technologies are experimental, developmental, and inherently risky. USERS acknowledge and accept that Suspended Soul's “smart contracts'' may be subject to programming errors, malfunctions, timing errors, hacking and theft, or changes to the Ethereum blockchain protocol rules, which may affect negatively to “smart contracts'' and may expose them to a risk of total loss, loss of your digital currency or SOULYs, or loss of opportunities to buy or sell SOULYs. USERS accept and agree to the risk that the price of a SOULY on the Suspended Soul platform may have been affected by the USER's activity outside of Suspended Soul's control. Suspended Soul does not represent, warrant or guarantee the precision or value of the price of any Suspended Soul SOULY sold or offered for sale on or off the platform. The Users accept that Suspended Soul is not a fiduciary or has obligations to any USER of the platform, including the commitment to guarantee just prices of SOULYs.
Upgrades from Ethereum to the Ethereum platform, a hard fork on the Ethereum platform, or a change in the way transactions are confirmed on the Ethereum platform can have unintended adverse effects on all blockchains using standards like ERC. -20, ERC-721 or other custom smart contracts, including the SUSPENDED SOUL ecosystem.
GENERAL FEATURES OF SUSPENDED SOUL: SUSPENDEDSOUL.COM IS A MARKET FOR DIGITAL ITEMS THAT OPERATES UNDER THE ETHEREUM BLOCKCHAIN. THE PLATFORM USES SPECIALLY DEVELOPED CONTRACTS THAT ALLOW USERS to auction, exchange, transfer, sell, exhibit and bid for pieces of digital creations called “SOULY” among the different users registered on the platform through their MetaMask wallets. The Ethereum network requires the payment of a transaction fee, known as “gas rates” for every process that occurs on said network. Because of this, each transaction that occurs on Suspended Soul has a“gas rate” value that is unpredictable and outside of Suspended Soul's control. The user may not request the cancellation based on causes attributable to the Ethereum processing fee. Users also acknowledge and agree that the processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
II. SUSPENDED SOUL ACCESS
Any USER who meets the requirements of these T&C may navigate the SUSPENDED SOUL platform, but the SUSPENDED SOUL platform will only provide access to the services offered to USERS who sign up by connecting their MetaMask wallet.
The USER is responsible for the security of his account, the management of his passwords and the complete management of the passwords and the security of his Metamask wallet.
