Give your customers the power to manage their bookings with Beyonk's customer self-serve feature. This functionality not only enhances the booking experience by granting more control and flexibility but also significantly reduces your admin workload.

How to activate customer self-serve:

  1. Enable the customer self-serve app within your Beyonk dashboard.
  2. Set the cut-off period for changes (in minutes, hours, or days) to ensure there are no last-minute disruptions to your operations
