How to activate customer self-serve:

1. Enable the customer self-serve app within your Beyonk dashboard.
2. Set the cut-off period for changes (in minutes, hours, or days) to ensure there are no last-minute disruptions to your operations

📅 Calendar sync now available

We're please to announce the launch of our new external calendar app, designed to effortlessly integrate your Beyonk bookings with your favourite calendar app.

• Seamless integration: Automatically adds new bookings to your Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar and more
• Easy setup: Simply enable the external calendar app in the Beyonk dashboard, choose your experiences, and copy the ICS link to your calendar

This feature is perfect for managing low-volume events, providing a streamlined way to keep your schedule up-to-date.
