Motivation

The real-time finance we envision connects user accounts together so that value can move between user accounts instantaneously.

What is Superfluid Protocol

The Superfluid Protocol is a framework that realises this real-time finance vision in practice. The first implementation of the framework is on Ethereum, it consists of these key components:

• Super Agreement Framework: a set of white-listed super agreements contracts as building blocks.
• Super App Framework: a development framework for building real-time finance apps.
• Super Token Framework: an extended ERC-777 / ERC20 implementation with real-time finance capability, and a registry.
• Batch Call & Meta Transaction: for users (contracts or EOA) to interact with the system in batch on-chain, or off-chain through meta transactions.
