How it Works

1. Writer Setup (~2 min per article)

First, navigate to your custom link generator page, which you’ll receive when you sign up.

Click generate, after which you’ll see 3 hyperlinks. Now, add these links to your article in whatever way you think is best.

Here is an example:

The text of “Fantastic” would be hyperlinked to coinsights.substack.social/feedback/give?value=3&articleId=b1e3acda1db8, and the text of “Meh, do better” would be the same except with value=2, and so on.

2. Readers Leave Feedback

Readers can leave feedback instantly by clicking on one of the links in the article.

Then, they’ll be taken to a secondary page where they have the option to add text based feedback and their contact information. Even if they navigate away from this page, we still will have collected the initial feedback.

3. Analyze The Feedback

You’ll receive a report of the feedback via email. If you prefer to view the raw stats in an excel sheet or some comparable medium, let us know and we’ll make it happen for you.
