1. In the left menu navigate to Settings > Integrations

   

2. On the newly opened page find WooCommerce and click on "Show instructions" then click on "Add".

   

3. Fill out the form and click Save

   

4. A new field with label Delivery URL will appear, click the button on the right of the field to copy its value.

   

5. Open your WooCommerce adminstration and navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.

   • On the top of the page click on tab Advanced then below it on Webhooks.
   • Click on "Add webhook"

   

6. Fill in the following information

   • Name: Apollo
   • Status: Enabled
   • Topic: Order created
   • Delivery URL: Paste the value copied in step 4
   • Secret: Leave empty
   • API Version: WP REST API integration v3

   

7. Click Save webhook

8. Repeat steps 5., 6. and 7., but choose "Order updated" in the Topic field. The rest of the information should be the same.

The connection is complete and new orders will now appear inside the app in the left menu under Orders.

• For every new order an appropriate document will be created which can also be accessed from each order in the list of orders.
• Each document will also be automatically sent to the client in case you have enabled this in the integration settings in step 4.
