🥂 What is an Ideal SX Board Member?

You are able to commit 4-6+ hours per week. We have weekly general organization and team specific meetings you'll be expected to attend. Realistically the amount of time you spend depends on how much responsibility you want to take on.
You are self-driven. We're all students with busy school schedules and so this means none of us have time to constantly hold you accountable. We take pride in the impact we make for the entrepreneurial community, and this drives us. We hope when you join us you will be driven by the impact you have.
You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are not afraid to ask for help. At Startup Exchange we try to move like a startup. To move as efficiently as possible it is imperative you eliminate any personal confusions by asking others for help.
