We are committed to designing better ways of operating, approaching problems, producing work, and measuring value. We believe this creates a stronger foundation on which to tackle some of the biggest challenges faced by society. To do this, our company has been designed to be more transparent, have a lower impact on the environment and focused on creating value for all our stakeholders; our team, our suppliers, our community, as well as our clients, shareholders and society.

The majority of our time is spent working with client partners on their projects. This means we carefully consider our working relationships, as this effort as a proportion of our working time has the highest potential to create positive impact for the largest group of people. We aim to partner with brands, organisations and individuals who are advancing solutions for challenging issues, which can be in any industry. We make decisions on a case-by-case basis, but generally speaking, we would work with companies or individuals with shared values, vision and who have a measurable positive impact upon society. Ultimately, this will be decided upon by our team.

In certain cases, a client might not fit into the ideal description of broader social benefit but is a good company excelling in their sector and whose product or service is not causing any harm downstream. We may also consider a project where a company has historically had a poor record for focusing on societal benefit but is actively and measurably making a difference through new initiatives. As with sustainability, we believe that positive progress requires a certain degree of pragmatism wrapped in as much knowledge and diverse expert advice as possible. Only then can we make informed decisions about our partnerships.

Generally speaking, we seek out and work on projects that advocate and innovate in health and wellbeing, clean energy, education, tackling inequality and injustice in their many forms, regenerative design, biodiversity and climate action.
