1. Preparing

• please sign in to Google using below account info

  id: [email protected]

  password: xxxxxxx

2. Sign in to Spir

1. Access to Spir

   xxxxxx.xxxxxx

2. Sign in to Spir

   

3. Please select test user in Google auth window.

4. Now you can see Spir.

   

3. Testing Zoom

1.Connection Test

1. Connect to Zoom

   1. go to settings page. url is https://xxxxxxxxx/settings

   2. Please click 連携 button to connect to Zoom.

      

   • [ ] Redirect to Zoom. and back to Spir. then, 連携 Button must be changed to 連携解除
   • [ ] There must be Email address of Zoom account left side of 連携解除 Button.

2. Disconnect to Zoom

   1. go to settings page. url is https://xxxxxxxxx/settings

   2. Please click 連携解除 button to connect to Zoom.

      

   • [ ] 連携解除 button must be changed to 連携
   • [ ] Email address of Zoom account must be disappeared.

2. Feature Test

※ you need to connect Zoom account to Spir before test these.

1. Create event with Zoom

   1. Go to create event page. https://xxxxxxxxx/events/create

   2. Select Zoom as Web会議 . and click 保存 button to confirm.

      

   3. Click created event.Modal will be shown.

      

   4. Test

   • [ ] The value on the Web会議 must be Zoom .

   • [ ] There must be Zoom meeting room info in the メモ

   • [ ] Go to Zoom Account page(https://zoom.us/meeting) and there must be new meeting.

     ※ There could be no email when you added participant to event. Because, Spir has only responsible in creating Zoom meeting room.
