Not getting off a wait list for Vipassana was initially a sad experience & decided rather than DIY, I'd just feel out "the space between" in this unique, mindful state I had prepared to do nothing for 10d (including prepare food)
I called this mindfulness mode early in the week and then felt it became a rabbit hole exploring the space between meditation & movement by end of the week 🤪
I brought a magnifying glass this space between and discovering this seems to be an exercise in learning to put my Top 5 strengths at bay...
I gave myself one goal: to complete the audiobook for The Body Keeps the Score
My stretch goal was to publish a 1-page proposal
