How to get a token and chat_id?

1️⃣ 텔레그램 메인화면 검색 창에 BotFather 검색하기

2️⃣ 검색된 BotFather 를 클릭하기

3️⃣ BotFather 시작을 위해 Start 버튼을 누르거나 /start 라고 입력하기

4️⃣ 새로운 봇을 만들기 위해 채팅 창에 /newbot 입려하기
