Everyone makes a list of three heroes—one fictional character, one real person that they don't actually know, and a person in their life. We answer three questions for each hero. Then we share what inspires us about our heroes with the group.

The group will ask questions if we feel like there are goals and/or expectations mixed in with why you admire your hero. The idea is to get to a pure appreciation (personal value).
