Trigger Harvest Make a list of things you actively try to keep from happening in the world. Alternately, list specific things that are out of your control but would be terrifying if they happened.

Play act the scenario by having someone tell you that it happened. If it would make it worse, add in a "pile-on" by other people in the room.

Allow yourself to believe the story, and use the opportunity to examine the emotions that come up. What images surface? What mask do your fears wear?

Example: Player B (upon looking at the list) tells Player A that his girlfriend has been cheating on him. The other guy is a sexy, famous, talented expert in digital media. The other people in the circle say they can completely understand why he's a better choice for her.

Player A calls "stop" when he feels triggered enough to harvest. Then the group goes into exploration mode and asks him to speak out the fears from his intuition. What is wrong? What is the worst part? Using focusing techniques, he uncovers shame-based false beliefs.
