End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and digitalsmo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of ListShare - Social Lists&Ideas (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable law.

3. Ownership

The App and all rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of digitalsmo.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or modifications to the App at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue using the App.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
