We are looking for a brand manager who believes in the power of design. Someone who loves working directly with founders & brand custodians to bring a collective vision to life. You will represent the client in the studio by understanding the business context to plan the project scope.
You will assist in preparing the strategy, balancing client expectations with design aspirations while adhering to project timelines. You are someone that believes in collaboration and is not afraid of not knowing all answers yet willing to find the best solution.
Responsibilities
- Be an advocate of STF’s team & culture
- Understand client needs and convert them into viable deliverables
- Usher clients through our discovery process to define the scope, requirements & success metrics for the project
- Drive brand and business strategy discussions to uncover sizable business potential and opportunities.
- Conceptualize ideas with articulation & create systems of delivery
- Liaise with the internal team on client servicing, team resourcing, and scheduling
- Work in an independent manner, solve problems as they arise, and communicate clearly even in difficult situations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Research competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, and industry insights
- Develop long term relationships with various stakeholders to ensure business continuity or new opportunities
Must-haves
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy & project management from a design studio or creative agency
- An MBA / M. Des / Graduate with keen business and market understanding
- Excellent storytelling skills with good verbal and written communications
