<aside> 🤔 Do I need to pay for this service?

Payment for the service differs depending on which insurance provider referred you.

If you are a Vitality member, Skin Analytics will invoice Vitality directly for the assessment. You will not need to pay for this service.

For Bupa members, we will first invoice Bupa directly for your assessment. If you need to contribute towards the cost of this service in part or in full, Bupa will let you know through a letter and we will send you an invoice by email. If you have any questions about this, please contact Bupa. The maximum amount you could be required to pay is £56.00.

<aside> 💳 How do I make a payment?

When an invoice is due to be paid, as a Bupa patient, you will receive an email from Stripe that will contain a link that will lead you to another page where you can input your card details to pay off the invoice. Please also check your junk/spam folder to see if the invoice email ends up there.

Please note that we will only send the invoice to the email registered to your Skin Analytics account. The email should look like the image down below once you click on the email’s contents:

Once you click on the “pay this invoice” button you will then be transferred to the Stripe website, where you can securely make the payment via card payment.

Please be aware that we do not take any other method of payment other than through Stripe, which is via card payment, we, unfortunately, do not take any bank transfers or cheque payments.

<aside> ✉️ I have been sent a letter by Bupa regarding my invoice but have not received any invoice details?

If you have received your invoice letter from Bupa, you should receive an email invoice from Skin Analytics within 2 weeks. If however, for any reason you do not receive the email and you have checked your spam box, please contact [email protected] from the email registered to your Skin Analytics account and our team will be able to assist you with your invoice query.
