Joe Navarro is a former FBA agent, whose book What Everybody is Saying has been one of the first books I have read, and a great resource on all things body language.

In this conversation, Navarro shares some very valuable points on the importance of seeing body language merely as cues of a person's current feelings and thoughts, which need to be examined further in order to be understood, instead of jumping to often-wrong and simplistic conclusions believing that a simple gesture such as crossed arms signifies emotional closure. Believing that body language cues have clear meanings is utter nonsense, Navarro points out more than once during the conversation.

In addition to body language, I find that this conversation offers some valuable information towards the end, when Navarro explains some key principles behind hiring and firing people in organizations.
