🤝 Partnership: roles & responsibilities

During a live streaming of a virtual DISDANCING event, roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder are distributed as follows.

• Shotgun, is responsible for retrieving the stream on DISDANCING ;
• The organizers, collectives, or stage managers, are responsible for the quality of the source, its content and the continuous management of the stream on OBS, throughout the event.

⚙️ First steps: setup

Basic needs

To stream in the best conditions and provide the best possible quality to the public. You need :

• A software to stream: OBS Project - free;
• 📶 A good, wired, internet connection. WiFi to be banned;
• 📹 Some cameras with the best quality as possible, completed if possible with a mobile camera for better videos
• 🔉 An external soundcard;
• 💡A bright room or a good light, as a Ring Light LED;
• 🏮A scenography and specific care brought to the streamed space and its environment.
