This doc will serve as a log of all the user and account engagement data we track and send to our various tools. It will serve as (a) a reference for anyone needing to know about this data; and (b) a way to track the progress of the implementation of this data in the product.

How to use our schema doc - template
Some of the basics you'll need to understand this document:
EVENT NAME: This is the name of the specific event. We follow a OBJECT-ACTION naming convention for our events. This means our event names take a NOUN-VERB format. We will name the object being acted upon, and then name the action. Alert created

RELATED FEATURE: What feature to which this event is related.
DESCRIPTION: A where/when (why?) description of this event.
PROPERTIES: These are properties that are attached to a specific event
USER TRAITS: This is if we need to make an identity call on this event in order to set user traits. See full list here.
GROUP TRAITS: This is if we need to do a group call and set group traits.
