We’re hiring a Customer Success contractor at $7,000 per month to help our customers get real results with Senja and stay with us for the long term.
This role is unique because you will be our first full-time success hire, help us deliver audacious goals, and work across the full customer lifecycle:
- From first contact and education
- Through onboarding and concierge migration
- Into ongoing success, expansion, renewals and partnerships

Goals
Here’s what we want you to to do. We share this to be transparent about what the role looks like in action.
- Increase our customer activation and free → paid rates
- Migrate up to 8 customers a week from other tools and manual testimonial collection
- Send 10 - 15 success emails a day
- Connect to 5 creator educators a day
- Producing multiple educational assets a week
- Maintain strong visibility of your progress (to-dos, in progress, blocked) in Linear
- Follow and update the Success SOPs as you go
