These are the members of our team you should go to for support with commissions or issues during your time as Commission Manager. If you have any issues with payments (e.g. client payments not being confirmed automatically, manager cuts not being sent to your CM bank, etc) you should contact Melle.
By agreeing to act as a Commission Manager at Senior Team, you automatically agree to and are bound by the applicable terms of our Freelancer Agreement and Conduct Guidelines, listed here.
All new tickets will be posted in #new-tickets at the top of the client Discord server. Commission Managers have a set "ticket limit," which determines the number of tickets they can be managing at one time; if you are below that limit, you'll be able to claim new tickets. The automatic limit when you are brought on as a Trainee Commission Manager (CM) is 15, and once promoted out of your Trainee phase, your limit will be set to 30. After this, you may message the Quality Assurance Head (Tornnado) ****to request an increase in your claim limit. You will find your limit in #performance on the Freelancer Discord.

Below, you’ll find a few templates of messages you can send to the clients after you claim a ticket.
You can also be selected as the Commission Manager of a specific ticket by the client. In case that happens, you will be DMed by the Senior Team bot, and you can send the following message in the ticket after you get added:
