The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and results-driven Head of Growth to architect, implement, and lead the growth strategy for Scrapfly's suite of data APIs. This is a critical leadership role where you will own the entire customer funnel – from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue expansion across our entire product portfolio. You will be instrumental in scaling our user base across all products, driving cross-product adoption, ensuring successful Go-To-Market execution for new product launches, and establishing Scrapfly as a leader in the web scraping and data API space. You will report directly to the CEO/Founder and collaborate closely with our distributed team across Europe.
What You'll Do:
- Develop & Own the Portfolio Growth Strategy: Define, own, and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap for Scrapfly's API product portfolio, balancing resources across existing products and new initiatives.
- New Product Go-To-Market: Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches in close collaboration with Product and Marketing teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyze the entire customer journey across the product suite – from website visit and documentation engagement to API key activation, usage patterns (per product and cross-product), and conversion to paid plans. Identify key friction points and opportunities for improvement, including cross-sell and upsell between API products.
- Experimentation Engine: Design, prioritize, and execute a high-tempo experimentation program (A/B testing, multivariate testing) across marketing channels, website, onboarding flows, documentation, pricing, product portfolio features, and cross-product experiences to drive key metrics.
- Channel Identification & Scaling: Identify, test, and scale effective customer acquisition channels relevant to the diverse use cases addressed by our full suite of APIs.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Define core growth KPIs for the portfolio and individual products, establish tracking and reporting mechanisms, analyze performance data deeply (using SQL, analytics tools, etc.), and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG) Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement product changes across the portfolio that drive acquisition, activation, and retention (e.g., improving developer experience, optimizing API usage limits, building viral loops, promoting feature discovery across APIs).
- Market & Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the web scraping market, related data extraction/automation markets, competitor landscape across our product categories, different customer segments, and their specific needs relative to our various API offerings.
