What’s new in V3?
- No more unlock criteria and dialogs for article descriptions and image captions, Suggested edits is accessible for all logged in users by default.
- Suggested edits is now easily discoverable in the main tab bar navigation for logged in users.
- Onboarding process has been improved.
- A snackbar informs people about newly added Suggested edits main tab bar navigation item at the bottom right.
- Rather than a full screen dialog, the onboarding message is now integrated in Suggested edits home.
- Suggested edits home has been structurally and visually redesigned
- Now includes motivational profile stats after editors made their first contribution. It consists of:
- The amount of the user’s contributions (contributions)
- Record of consecutive edit days (edit streak)
- Pageviews of articles edited by the user in the last 30 days (Pageviews)
- Edit quality indicator
- Tasks are now grouped by type and consist of an “Add“ and “Translate” CTA
- Info icon is emphasized in blue
- Help page has been improved with more information
