Take the mint leaves, twist it in your palms and place it in a shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes on top of the mint. Add your sugar syrup, lime juice and finally Borovička. Close the shaker tightly to prevent making a mess and shake it for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a pretty glass (or a mug if you are desperate) with a couple of ice cubes.
Place the ginger into a shaker and press it with a muddler (or cut into small pieces, press between two table spoons and place it in the shaker). Add your lemon juice, honey syrup and finally Scotch. Add a handful of ice cubes in the shaker, close it tightly and shake it for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a glass with a couple of ice cubes. Float a teaspoon or two of Laphroaig to make it super fancy.
