All of the other executive accounted for 1.6% and Silver Lake Group has 21.3%, so there should be 69.4% shares floating in the market if there was no other owners. That means there will be ~114M sharing with unidentified owners. In fact, they could be sitting at different institutions like Fidelity, different mutual fund holders, and individual stakeholders or retail owners.
