Sajith: South Park Commons is an interesting spin on the venture model. Think of it as an EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence) model institutionalised at scale. Unlike traditional venture funds which fund you, and then bring you into the portfolio community, here it starts out as a community first and then comes the funding.
