What is deployed right now

• FastAPI + Jinja scaffold (replaces the old litify-visualization-app's shape; that one stays at litify-viz.demandsam.com as fallback until cutover)
• Postgres Phase 2 scaffolded but not provisioned (scripts/publish_to_postgres.py ready)
• Routes live today:
  • / — home (directory of cards — Sam wants this redesigned to a command-center pattern)
  • /cmo — marketing pulse with 9 Joe-standard sections, real 2025+ data (Sam wants this expanded to mirror the live Marketing Center's 15 tabs)
  • /attorney — leaderboard (Sam wants this reframed as a hub, leaderboard nested at /attorney/rankings)
  • /attorney/<slug> — per-attorney deep view, 10 sections mirroring Payton Attorney Hub
  • /intake-manager, /case-manager, /cfo — stubs
• Palette: deep navy gradient #0E1B2E → #142640, rust accent #C56B33, cream text #F2EBDD, surface #15243A, Inter font. Not the SAIL brand colors — dashboard has its own surface.
• Live data scope: 2025-01-01 onward, event-date based (intake CreatedDate, matter Open_Date, resolution Resolution_Date, marketing spend Spend_Start_Date).

Latest export: 7,660 intakes / 1,891 matters / 1,681 resolutions / 5,007 negotiations / 589 spend rows. Top earners (2025+ net fees): Terry Goodspeed $6.37M, Jon Hollan $5.07M, Nick Wilson $3.04M, Payton Klatt $2.38M, Trent Burns $2.32M, Austin Pollard $1.83M, Sam Aguiar $1.74M (5 high-leverage cases), Jimmy Brown $1.64M.

Background agent in flight

Launched a background general-purpose agent to refactor foundation while Sam and I keep gathering requirements. Scope:

1. Apply exclusion lists (LEADERBOARD_EXCLUDE + OPERATIONAL_EXCLUDE)
2. Add standard_windows() helper to scripts/lib/scope.py
3. Add region mapping config to app/config.py
