This privacy policy applies to the The Meditation app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Hinoto (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise GPS information about the location of your mobile device.

Some general, anonymized data may be collected to help improve performance and analyze usage trends.

Health Data

The Application integrates with Apple HealthKit in order to display and track your meditation sessions.

Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely within the Application to provide you with insights and visualization of your meditation activity.

• Health data is not shared with third parties.
• Health data is not stored on external servers.
• Health data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

You have full control to allow or revoke access to HealthKit data at any time through your device settings.

Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription, payment and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account.
