So often, values and principles are written and put on the wall and forgotten. They're written purely aspirationally and become detached from the day-to-day activity in the company. Some organizations strive to reward examples of demonstrating values (e.g. "culture awards"). We can do better than this.
Our values came out of our working experience with each other at Runway, and each of our values has a living history. We have a Thread per value, and when we use our values to overcome a challenge, we share it on the Thread.
