general terms

all commissions are digital products only; there will be no physical goods involved

credit to the me, the skin artist should be provided in written descriptions (@ruietto)

i, the skin artist, reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
- make sure to check my wills and won’ts to see what subjects i’m comfortable working with

i, the skin artist, retain copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which include but are not limited to:
- display, advertising, the work, and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios and more
the file will not be posted for public download if asked not to by you, the client

personal use: any use that does not generate or is involved in the generation of profit
(i.e. in-game usage)

commercial use: use that could generation income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the commission for your brand or social media platforms that are able to gain profit
- if you, the client, would like to commission for a skin-pack resale purposes, please message me!
- if you, the client, are simply a content creator, you will be charged an extra $5-$10 depending
on the complexity of the design
revisions & edits

before flat-color approval, all changes except for the following are welcome without charge:
- changes that go against the previous reference and/or notes
- anything that would count as an additional order
(reshading a different skin file entirely, making a new base, etc.)

after flat-color approval/during the shading stage,
changes of the following nature will incur revision charges unless it is due to my, the skin artist’s, mistake:
- entire outfit
- hair color/skin tone
- larger accessories

you, the client, can edit your commission for personal use only; do not claim the skin as your
own work entirely or remove my watermark

if you’d like me, the skin artist, to make any edits in the future, just message me so we can work something out
payments, refunds, and cancellation
- do not send any payment until after the commission has been accepted
- the following payments are accepted:
paypal (invoices), stripe (invoices)
however, we can discuss alternative forms of payment if neither of those are
available to you
- payment upfront is optional!
all payment must be made before any commissioned file/s are sent
- you, the client, warrant that you will not issue chargebacks and
the refund policy below will be followed:
- if you, the client, cancel the commission after progress has started,
you will not receive a full refund
- if i, the skin artist, cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund
turnaround time & delivery
note that the timeframes stated are estimations ≠ guaranteed
skin edit/reshade
2-4 days
single skin:
5-7 days
matching skins:
1 week-2 weeks
skin pack:
1 month - 2 months
- make sure to let me, the skin artist, know of any hard deadlines so i can plan accordingly
- rush delivery is +50% after the final price (ask for availability first)
- will be given priority over non-rush orders
- feel free to ask for updates between the flat color/shading stages (within reason)
- final draft will first be sent as a 360° .gif file for any final changes;
afterwards, the .png file of the skin will be sent after all payment is received
- final delivery of the commission will include a free thumbnail to be posted,
and include the client’s name; feel free to ask to remain anonymous
commission process & communication

i, the skin artist, will send you screenshots for approval at the following pivotal points:
- completion of the flat-color
- completion of the shading
- please reference revisions & edits for what changes are allowed
and what will incur extra charges

however, you, the client, are free to ask me for progress updates (within reason)

i, the skin artist, will likely ask you for clarification when needed while either stage is in progress

i, the skin artist, will message you to discuss and accept the
details of your commission as soon as possible
- once all the details and references are laid out, i will let you know the total
of the commission along with a breakdown of the price

if you, the client, would prefer more (or less) updates, please mention it when the
details of the commission are discussed upon acception
