Responsibilities:

1. Lead the integration and upgrade of on-chain and off-chain data engines, enhancing the security system of the database.
2. Optimize the compatibility, modularity, and scalability of the technical architecture.
3. Lead and manage the technical team, including technical managers, engineers, and developers, setting task assignments, and supervising project progress and quality.
4. Responsible for formulating and managing the budget of technical projects, resource allocation, and risk management.
5. Continuously monitor trends and innovations in the tech industry, driving the company to adopt the latest technologies and tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Over 8 years of technical leadership experience, including at least 5 years of technical accumulation experience.
3. Comprehensive experience in Web3 product development, with a clear understanding of industry trends and innovations.
4. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, with experience in on-chain development.
5. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to coordinate teamwork.
6. Proactive with the ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies.
