Office Presence

• There’s no maximum - This office is fully dedicated to you, so come every day if you want! We encourage you to come as much as you’d like.

• You have to come at least 2 days per week, Tuesday & Thursday as mandatory

  • On Thursday, we have lunch together with the team 🥗
  • This helps us build routine, collaborate effectively, and give clarity to new joiners

• Feel free to share your office days in #rollee-paris-office on Slack so everyone knows who will be around

• When teammates from outside Paris visit, we make the effort to be in the office to welcome them and work with them

• Make the most of our in-office days:

  Use them for collaboration, workshops, problem-solving, creative sessions or simply reconnecting as a team

Office Vibe

• We keep the office clean : treat it like our collective home
• It should mainly be a calm space to focus
• Please take calls and meetings in a phonebox or a meeting room to keep the space quiet for everyone 🌻

• High-speed internet connection, as well as self-service printers and scanners
• 16h to 24h of meeting rooms per month (depending on the size of the room)
