We are a cohort-based training company that helps our awesome clients (see the video below!) not only grow their businesses, but live happier lives. We've taken our collective decades of experience in coaching, technology, and behavioral science to put together a compelling program. Unlike most coaching programs out there that want to keep treating the symptoms, GoodSphere goes deep and addresses the root causes of why someone isn't performing at their best and is full of fear. We have a single program now, but are rapidly expanding into other markets and programs.
You'd be coming in and building up our marketing organization, taking over from the founders, who've been doing a half-decent job at it.
We are looking to hire an introspective marketer. One who values self-growth, therapy & coaching, and wants to share a message with the world that can create transformation within.
As Director of Marketing, your primary focus will be raising awareness of GoodSphere, and driving demand for our programs. You'll have full ownership of what to do here and what resources you bring in to support you, but we can imagine this including:
