Research

To come up with a proposed solution, I utilized a research plan that involved a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The goal was to gain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of people struggling with mood swings and emotional instability.

Step 1: Stakeholder Interview and User Research

To start the research, I conducted a stakeholder interview to grasp business goals and identify the target audience that matches the project's objectives. I utilized Affinity Mapping to consolidate data gathered from the interview.

Target Audience

Research Questions

After having a clear idea of our target audience I developed a set of research questions for user interviews to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
