🪴 Allowance

We've managed to budget a small allowance for improving your remote work experience. Currently, we are extending INR 5,000 per month co-working space rental allowance (I'd recommend the 5/10 days pass at WeWork). Should you have any balance post the spend, you can use this allowance to improve your work environment/experience. Permitted spends would include:

• Hardware - Monitors, Keyboards, Mouses, Wires / Cables / Switches etc.
• Webcams
• Desk plants
