The Ultimate Diwali Greeting

On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, we created a digital avatar of Castrol's ultimate performer and brand ambassador, Tiger Shroff!

Context To The Campaign

With the past two years being a difficult time for all people and businesses across the country, Castrol wanted to do something special on the occasion of Diwali to celebrate the joy of a new beginning and a fresh start to life post lockdown.

Castrol Power 1 Ultimate decided to pay recognition to all it's stakeholders, internal and external, by sending them a personalised Diwali wish from the brand ambassador, Tiger Shroff!

This meant that all the mechanics and dealers that promote and distribute Castrol's product across India were to receive this personalised video message on Diwali!

Scale Of The Campaign

For this campaign, created and delivered more than 1,30,000 videos, each mapped to the individual receiver ID within a span of 5 days!

User Journey

As this Diwali message was to be a surprise gift to all stakeholders, Castrol didn't want the user to go through a sign-up process.

Also keeping in mind the level of digital savviness of their mechanics and dealers across cities and towns in India, Castrol wanted to avoid any hiccups/falling through of customers in receiving their personalised video message.

Therefore, Castrol and decided to send out all video messages mapped to each user through an SMS blast campaign.
