repairs

all aflair jewellery pieces come with complimentary repairs within 1 year of purchase.

please note:

· complimentary repairs are limited to minor repairs. pieces with extensive damage, or those requiring a full remake may incur additional charges. · we'll do our best to restore your piece to its original design. however, if certain materials are no longer available, there may be slight design changes. · customers are responsible for all shipping costs (to and fro). please use a tracked mailing service.

to request a repair:

1. DM @aflairstore on Instagram with clear photo(s) of the damages
2. once we've confirmed that the piece can be repaired, mail it out and send us the tracking number
3. we'll repair and ship it out within 14 days of receiving it

alternatively, you can drop off your piece at any of our events ⎻ just send us a DM beforehand to let us know you're coming.
