If you are having issues with a RenBridge Transaction, copy one of the following transaction details and submit it to the Explorer:
'The transaction hash for the transaction you made to the deposit address'
Eg. BTC, FIL, LUNA, etc TX Hash. This applies to any asset Ren supports.
The Ren deposit address. Where you sent coins to (also known as the Gateway address).
The transaction hash for the confirmed burn transaction you made to release your assets.
Once you've found your relevant transaction on the Explorer, you can click "Load additional details" to see if the asset has arrived or if it's still pending.
If the transaction to the deposit gateway has been confirmed but not minted, then you will be able to trigger it by:
Once the transaction has been submitted and mined/validated, the assets will show up in your address. It can take a while for a transaction to be mined on some chains like Ethereum, so have some patience and monitor your transaction on a block explorer if you are wondering about its status
If you can't find the bridged asset in your wallet after the mint transaction is complete, on some wallets like MetaMask you have to manually import the token to be able to see the tokens that are on your address:
