Intro

I already have a working version of my custom blog theme based off Casper Ghost.

It was implemented by Vikas Potluri and I'm very happy with the functionality. Now I'm looking to iterate the design further.

Scope

The main goals of the redesign are:

• Make the newsletter sign-up more prominent to increase subscribers
• Implement pixel-perfect design (it's currently half way there).
• Have a different layout for static pages that can be used for non-post content.

Sidebar

The new design features a sidebar that contains the avatar, page title (which triggers the dropdown on hover) and a custom email input on the home page (Encontrando el formato).

Ghost already has a native susbcribe button but I want to create a custom email field that's visible upfront.
