Webflow & Figma Component System Lead (Full-Time)

Relume is building the next era of the web - where AI doesn’t replace designers, it empowers them to create at a whole new level.

We’re a tight team of 26, obsessed with great design, moving fast, and pushing the boundaries of creativity and craft. We’re now looking for a full-time Webflow & Figma Component System Lead to take full ownership of our component libraries — the very foundation of our product.

This is a full-time role.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to:

• Support our community of designers by building and continually improving the most impactful component system on the internet for Webflow and Figma
• Stay on the cutting edge of Webflow and Figma updates to ensure our libraries stay fresh and as useful as possible
• Gain feedback from our community to find ways we can improve
• Develop and maintain structure, naming conventions, and documentation for both Webflow and Figma that make the libraries effortless to use.
• Constantly refine exports and workflows between Figma → Webflow.
• Ensure both systems stay in sync, consistent, and at a world-class standard.
• Support Relume’s component system foundation across features that empowers AI-driven workflows across our platform.

• Has deep understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and open to high level learning of React.
