Job Brief:

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will focus on the top and middle of the recruitment funnel, often for specialized positions. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting employees for our client's organization. You will factor in the long-term goals of our organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in our company's future success. Put simply, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist; you have the organizational task of finding the most suitable person for a position and maintaining and growing the culture of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand strategic hiring goals of the client’s business and do market research based on the hiring needs
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
• Designing, implementing and executing talent outreach strategy and campaigns
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
