How to manually clear Google Play Store cache

Method #1

  1. Open All Apps Page, as indicated by the picture. Scroll down until you see the Play Store App

  1. Press and hold the Play Store app. Drag it to the Information button. It should open the app information page.

  1. Tap on Storage. Then choose Clear Cache and Clear Data.

  1. Open the RealLife English App on Google Play again. It should allow you to update the app to the latest version. Open the app and check bottom left corner to make sure you have the required version.
